    Excellent Non-Stick Baking Sheets

    These are wonderful baking sheets! They're much thicker and sturdier than the other baking sheets that I have. They have a non-stick surface, which definitely is non-stick. When I was taking the photo for this review, I wanted to tape the label in place but had a difficult time getting the tape to stick! These sheets are sized for a toaster oven at 13-in x 9-in, or for a something small to put in the oven (French fries, fish sticks, etc.). The manufacturer (Happiels) makes larger sizes (10-in x 15-in and 13-in x 18-in), so if you're looking for something larger go with one of the larger baking sheets from Happiels. I'm ordering the 10-in x 15-in size to go along with this set. Quality and workmanship are both very good, I really like these baking sheets and they have my recommendation.

    Nice pans

    perfect for small batches of items in my regular oven, and these are frequent as there are only two of us in the house. They are quite hefty, and well made. I do like that they are non-stick without having anything toxic on them. They are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended.

    • Oven safe to 450°F.
    • Freezer safe.
    • Before first use, hand wash the pans in warm soapy water.
    • Do not cut baked goods in the pan to avoid damaging nonstick surface
    • Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching nonstick surface.

    CARE

    • Hand washonly to maintain the nonstick performance and longevity of the product.
    • Please wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing.
    • Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
    • Avoid aerosol cooking sprays they build up residue which over time reduce nonstick properties of HAPPIELS bakeware

    • This product is PFOS, PFOA, BPA free. 
    • This product contains the following chemicals: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), silicone modified resin (67763-03-5), aluminum (7429-90-5), PMA (108-65-6) and Butyl acetate (123-86-4). For more information on chemicals in this product, visit HAPPIELS Disclosures page.

    PTFE is fluoropolymer and is classified as PFAS substance. It is used in food contact coating because of their superior non stick properties. All HAPPIELS non stick bakeware is FDA (USA), LFGB (European Union) compliant and food safe and not in violation of any federal safety regulations.
