    These pans do not stick, even at very high temperatures. Pricey, but worth it.

    was looking to buy some more pans for holiday season to update some basic shapes I already had and was looking for a good tart pan. This is a great set, have only great things to say so far. All are easy to clean, love perforation on tart pan which allows very uniform baking. Overall great buy

    just a great set, the tart pan is special!

    The no-stick surface works perfectly. I am truly impressed by tart pan performance though - the pate de sucre kept its golden color and did not over-brown. The pan is of good quality and with care, should last a good long time.
